Job Description
-Analyze and improve the existing HR procedures and adapting them to the current industry standards.

-Assist in managing all activities related to recruitment of employees from different countries, including recruiting agents, embassies, travel logistics, government visa issues, document attestations, etc..

- Assist in managing all employees training requirements, periodic evaluations, performance analysis, vacation schedules, etc...

- Assist in managing all public relations with government ministries and clients in relation to the employee's residencies, social affairs, insurances, gate passes, etc...

- Assist in managing all the company's registrations and approvals in the ministries, oil and gas companies and the central tenders committee.

- Assist in managing all the companies’ internal and external correspondence.

- The ability to analyze and find solutions for existing and future issues related to the departments, employees and company's well being.
