Al-Oula Steel Manufacturing Company K.S.C. (Oula Steel) began as the first licensed, integrated steel plant of re-rolling bars in Kuwait and was commissioned in 2003 with its first phase of billet production. Since then, it has been serving the Middle Eastern market with an annual rated production of 150,000 M.T.

Oula Steel’s existing operational outlook is based on three integrated divisions, starting from the Scrap Yard, to the Melt Shop, and finally, the Rolling Mill.
